How do I order?

If there is something in stock that you like, please order using the secure online shopping cart system. If you would like to have something special custom made, or you prefer not to use the shopping cart facility, please submit the details on the 'contact us' form, or email info@alyssumjewellery.com.au. There is no extra charge for having something commissioned. If you are ordering pearls that are not in stock you can calculate the cost in advance using the formulas shown on the "custom made" sub page. All prices will be confirmed with you before your request is processed.

How do I pay?

If you order through the shopping cart facility, upon checkout you will be redirected to the Paypal website, where you can choose to pay by credit card or bank transfer. The amount shown on the screen is the total you will pay; there are no hidden fees or costs. For custom made orders, you can choose to pay by direct bank transfer, or by emailed invoice directing you to Paypal. Orders are dispatched when payments have cleared.

What is your postage rate?

Orders totalling over $75.00 include free delivery within Australia. For orders totalling $74.99 and under we charge a standard flat fee of $8 within Australia, regardless of the size of your order. For postage outside of Australia, or to discuss other options, please contact us.

Express Post Platinum is available for $5.00 extra, which covers your total order, if you require your items in a hurry.

How soon do you post?

If in stock all items are posted the same day payment is received, or on the next available business day. For special requests you will be advised of delivery time when you order (typically no longer than 3 weeks).

How will my purchases be packaged?

Everything has it's own organza bag and is posted in an Australia Post approved padded bag or box. However, if your purchase is a gift we do have flocked velvet gift boxes available at a small extra cost.

For sets we have a red heart-shaped hinged box, approx. 15 cm x 15 cm, for $7.00 or white, red or black rectangular hinged boxes, approx. 14 cm x 10 cm for $6.00.

Necklaces and bracelets can be packaged in a beige hinged necklace/bracelet box, approx. 20 cm x 5 cm, for $5.00.

Earrings and pendants can be supplied with a small black flocked velvet hinged gift box, approx. 5 cm x 5.5 cm, for $3.00, with larger earrings and pendants having the option of a larger black rectangular flocked velvet box for $4.00 .

What is your return policy?

Statutory rights apply to all purchases; you are entitled to a refund if goods are faulty, or do not match the description given. You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind. (Please refer to www.australia.gov.au for your legal rights). However, if you have made a mistake when ordering and would like to change your purchase please contact us. Some circumstances may allow for us to go beyond our legal obligations in ensuring that you get the product that you really want. We may accept returns if items are in their original condition and unworn, but return postage is at the sender's expense. Customer service is of paramount importance to us and we value your return business.

Do you accept orders from countries other than Australia?

Yes. You will need to order via the 'contact us' form (quoting the item code) as our payment page is not set up for international orders. Payment must be made by Paypal, which will convert the AUD price to your currency. Your own bank or credit card supplier may charge you a fee for the currency conversion, but we do not. Postage is charged as a single flat fee, regardless of size of order, according to area as follows:
