How do I place an order?

Simply add your items to the cart and checkout with PayPal. It's that easy!
The pull down menu in the quantity section of each item shows available stock and you may get the option to choose alternative colour-ways or styles too. When you are happy with your selection you can see what's in your cart by clicking on the little shopping bag icon in the top right corner (or in the pull-down menu if you're on a mobile device). When you are redirected to PayPal you can choose to pay by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal balance and all transactions are secure and protected by PayPal.

Payment and Shipping

Payments are in Australian Dollars and shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $8.00 regardless of the size of your order. Orders are generally shipped from Brisbane on the next available business day and can take 3-10 business days depending on where you live. We use Australia Post standard parcel post, and Express Post is an option at checkout if you need your jewellery sooner. Please consider adding the signature on delivery option if your delivery address is not secure, otherwise packages may be left at your address if no one is home. All orders receive a tracking number when posted which can be tracked at www.auspost.com.au.

Do you accept orders from outside Australia?

Of course, we love to ship internationally! Our basic international service uses Australia Post at a flat rate of Au$17 per parcel to New Zealand and Au$30 per parcel to rest of world. (International shipping varies from country to country; if postage to your country is significantly less than $30 you will be refunded the difference.) If you need a speedier service or require extras such as signature on delivery please contact us using the form above for a quote.
PLEASE NOTE: When shipping to countries outside Australia it is the recipient's obligation to pay any import taxes and/or applicable duties on their purchases. We advise you to check on your government's website or make enquiries as to your legal obligations before purchasing.

Returns & refunds

Statutory rights apply to all purchases made in Australia. You are entitled to a refund if the goods are faulty or do not match the description given. You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind. Please refer to www.australia.gov.au for your legal rights.
Having said that, customer service is of paramount importance to us and if you have made a mistake when ordering and would like to change your purchase please contact us. Some circumstances allow for us to go beyond our legal oblogations to ensure you get the product that you really want. We may accept returns if items are in their original condition and unworn, but return postage is at the sender's expense.

What is your privacy policy?

We respect your privacy and do not divulge information about you to any third party.
From time to time we may email you to let you know of a special offer or sale, and we do send out a newsletter at the end of every month, but you will always be given the option to unsubscribe from the email list with a simple click.

Do you wholesale?

In certain circumstances, yes!
Whilst we did not originally set out to wholesale our products, enquiries have shown there is a demand, so if you are based in Australia and would like to become a reseller of our clip-on earring products, please contact us to discuss details. NOTE: Wholesaling is not available to everyone but we will do our best to accommodate you. Registered business only, and minimum order values apply.
